Design Project from the scratch

When we start some projects, should be designed first to gather all requirement and pointing the goal oh the project.

We might design it in our laptop, in a paper or in the whiteboard like the picture below. This whiteboard was made from mirror and taped by blur sticker. Pretty nice, right :)
